A setup of outbound email sequences using Apollo for cold outreach and pipeline generation. I identify relevant leads based on companies visiting your website and build targeted prospect lists aligned with your ICP. I then create multi-step sequences with follow-ups, define cadence and timing, set up rulesets (reply detection, exit conditions), and structure campaigns for consistent prospect engagement.

My email marketing and automation services consist of two cost components:
- Consulting fee: covers the initial audit, technical setup, sequence development, template design, deliverability management and ongoing optimization. Fees vary based on the complexity of your email ecosystem, the number of segments and sequences, and engagement length.
- Third‑party costs: you may incur additional expenses for subscriptions (e.g., SendGrid or Apollo plans), email warm‑up tools, copywriting, translation or design work. These costs are separate from my consulting fee.
Typical projects start at AUD 700 (excl. GST) for an audit and AUD 1,000 (excl. GST) for a single lead nurturing sequence development, with ongoing consulting at AUD 150 per hour (excl. GST).
