Bitrix24 is a collaboration platform launched in 2012. Bitrix24 provides a complete suite of social collaboration, communication and management tools for your team, including CRM, files sharing, project management, calendars, and more. Bitrix24 is available in cloud for small and medium businesses and on premise for enterprises.
On a short-term contract I was responsible for account-based marketing strategy and its execution for enterprise business division. The project goals were to:
- Deploy account-based marketing approach in the current enterprise marketing team
- Start generating targeted enterprise leads using LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms
I also helped in the company’s credibility project with the leading analyst agency – Gartner. The goal was to:
- Define product messaging and create the analyst presentation
- Have the product breefing with analysts and introduce Bitrix enterprise products
- Get Bitrix24 into one of the possible Gartner Magic Quadrants
Bitrix enterprise team successfully started to generate high-quality leads from account-based campaigns. The current lead cost for Europe is lower than $100 which is 2x times less than industry average.
